At Burn Boot Camp Flowood, we are building our location around three full-time leaders who can collectively operate the gym. Every one of those leaders:

You are responsible for helping manage the journey from:
Marketing can produce leads. Burn can provide an incredible product. But somebody needs to make sure opportunities don't sit unanswered in a CRM.
That's where you come in.
Each leader trains, serves, and helps operate the gym, and each owns one critical part of the business.
Run It.
Makes sure the team, numbers, schedule, and overall business operate correctly.

A lead should never disappear simply because nobody followed up.
You will become excellent at explaining the value of Burn:
We do not view sales as pressuring someone. Done correctly, sales is helping the right person make a decision that can improve their life.
Growth doesn't happen only through digital advertising. You will also help drive:
We want someone who thinks beyond "Did another Facebook lead come in?" We want someone asking: "What can we do today to put another person in front of Burn?"
You will help execute and drive company promotions:
Performance in areas like membership growth, promotional sales, and net-new members may be tied to additional incentive compensation.
This position is expected to train approximately 12–15 camps per week, depending on scheduling and business needs. You should love training, energy, member interaction, fitness, helping people improve, and creating an incredible camp experience. Your time outside of camps is what makes this role different: when you aren't training, you are helping grow the business.
You are one part of a three-person full-time management team.
Their primary responsibility is making sure the team, numbers, schedule, and overall business operate correctly. You will work closely with the Gym Manager on:
Getting members is only valuable if we keep them. You will work closely with Member Success to make sure the people you help bring into Burn:
They may also identify happy members who are excellent referral opportunities for you.
Growth and retention should feed each other.
When another full-time leader is training, you may occupy the front-floor / BA management seat. That can include:
Our BA function is a seat that must be covered, not necessarily a separate full-time position.
The goal is a predictable full-time schedule. A typical week may look like:
