Retail isn't the primary purpose of the role, but it's another way to improve both the member experience and the economics of the location.
This role is expected to train approximately 12–15 camps per week, based on scheduling and business needs. That matters. The best person to lead retention and member success shouldn't be hidden behind a computer. They should actually know the people whose membership experience they are responsible for.
You are part of a three-person full-time management team.
The Gym Manager helps make sure the location, staff, schedule, and overall scorecard are operating correctly. You will work together on:

When you are the scheduled Trainer, you lead the camp. When another leader is training, you may operate the BA / front-floor management seat. That may include:
